凯尔特竖琴即爱尔兰竖琴（Irish harp,Celtic harp），约90厘米高，55厘米宽，没有踏板。这种乐器有着独特的清音，奏乐轻盈而优雅，曾经是贵族女士们的娱乐时尚。大约1819年，都柏林竖琴制造商约翰·伊根(John Egan)开发了一种便携式爱尔兰竖琴。
